Hello friend. I know something about parental disapproval and how it has affected me over the years. It started when I was a teenager, and still persists 20 years on.  Living to please someone‘s expectations of you can be exhausting.  I know how it feels like this is end of the road. I‘ve been there and you will make it. I had a classmate in campus who almost didn’t graduate from the course. He barely made it, (failing courses). On graduating, but he dumped his parents expectations(the degree) and did what he loved: playing video games. He travels the world over hosting video game tournaments. He is the most successful of all of us, from being last in class. Having a university degree is not a guarantee of success. Like him, your path may be different but lead you to beautiful destinations.  Have faith in yourself. I have faith in you.

I was in the same situation a few years ago. Discontinued from a university that everyone considered easy to graduate from. My parents were dissappointed coz they had paid so much money. I wanted to end it all and would cry myself to sleep almost every day for 3 months.  Fast forward to today I enrolled in another university and managed to graduate and I'm currently doing what I love in an awesome company.  Maybe whatever course you were doing just wasn't for you. Don't give up things do get better just hang in there.
