2.Finding that type of activity that will make you not want to go back to taking the drug.
-Start every day with morning runs
-be discipline to yourself go write down what you want in your life and change it up.
-find a better crowd that can motivate you.
-try gym workout it will consume most of the time so no destruction.
Find your foundation and stick to it and mostly tell your close loved one friend or family to help you with the change.
