My anxiety is on level 100 today and I know why,I feel like screaming my head out,and thinking today would be a good day to die

Hey thank you for reaching out. It takes a lot of courage to reach out. You have mentioned that today your feelings of anxiety is at a higher level. A 100 for that matter. I commend you for recognising the anxiety and even the level. You mentioned feeling to die and it must be quiet an overwhelming feeling of anxiety for you to feel that way. You can try reaching out to a close friend or family and share this feelings for support.Feeling anxious just like pain is unpleasant and it signals out that something is not okay. You have pointed out that you know why you are anxious. Anxiety presents with different symptoms e. g feelings of excess worry, feeling on edge, irritability, trembling, palpitations,mucsle tension,difficulty falling asleep, stomach ache, fatigue just to mention but a few. Are you experiencing some of the above symptoms?
Like mentioned earlier try reaching out to a friend or family 
Try breathing in and out slowly and for starters you can count 1-10 repeat this as many times as you can.
Try questioning the reason you are anxious and how you can look at it differently.
