My mind is all over the place. I'm constantly thinking at least 5 things at the same time. It's messing with my focus. How can I deal with this?

Write down your thoughts, then read them the next day. You will be reading them as a different person who survived the previous day. You will feel like a conqueror.

Also, sit in front of a mirror and talk to yourself with all the kindness in the world. It will feel like you're talking to someone else who completely understands you.

Lastly, take naps during the day whenever you feel too overwhelmed, listen to healing music on YouTube (just search for 'healing music" and choose the one that suits your situation) and definitely go for a walk.
