i have this fear of talking to people and now it has led me to stay by myself I feel lonely and scared and it is really affecting me I cant even walk straight

Have you tried talking to people online, anonymously? You can look up a few penpal and start talking to people on there. I think the anonymity will help with your fear.

Hi I'm more or less like you . I only talk when I have to and it always stresses me out. But online I'm very comfortable talking to people even strangers. I'm an introvert so in a way I understand myself but if you are not one please find someone who you trust and talk with him/her. Stay strong

Please see a therapist. This might be an issue with self-esteem. You can also read online material on learning how to boost your self esteem and feel more confident around other people.,

I had a similar fear but you can work on it.

I now work in a role where I have to talk to and present to executives on a regular basis. Back in college I also presented my case study in front of 100+ people.

This is just to show you that you can work on your fear and make it work to your benefit. I still have that fear but it helps me prepare well, select my words right and understand my audience better etc.
