Hi, I had a traumatic experience early in the year and I think I'm might have PTSD. I also feel demotivated and spend most time in bed. How can I help myself.

forgive yourself and God

The problem with PTSD is that it freezes time. It makes it nearly impossible to move forward. A therapist might help you to process what happened and how to move forward. Spending most time in bed is avoidance and the way to conquer fear is to expose yourself to that fear. There's life after PTSD and your story will encourage many. Don't go through it alone.

See a doctor a psychiatrist and a psychologist and be honest
