You know how you get to bed thinking you'll sleep right away n just when you are warmed up your brain decides to pile you up with thoughts n they just don't stop. They are just unnecessary thoughts but they keep you up all night. Well, story of my life. So who's up?

try meditating before sleeping, 5mins, 10mins, 15mins. use youtube videos to aide you. you can either go for candle starring meditation or use your breathing as your object of meditation. it will definitely seem hard at first but i mean brain isnt a fun on new stuff13
